John Milledge for 202 1/2 acres, when surveyed in 5th Dist. of Baldwin, now Morgan Co., Lot 176, adj. N.E. by Lot 214, N.W. by Lot 177, S.W. by Lot 171, S.E. by Lot 175, with improvements, in fee simple, except the dower of the wife of Zachariah Garnett who was the widow of decd.
