Sold to Sterling Finnie, the highet bidder, for $336, at public sale in Madison, Tues., 7 April 1829, tract in said co., Sugar Creek waters, the undivided 1/2 of 485 acres, 4th Dist., adj. lands of Jordan, Gatlin, & others, on road leading from Madison to Park’s Bridge, is tract where Dudley Peeples, now decd., lived previous to his removal to Jacks Creek.
