Application of Jesse Fitzpatrick, surviving exor. of Benjamin Fitzpatrick, decd. of Morgan Co. Passed order for sale of real estate of decd. Legal notice was given in the Georgia Journal for 4 months & 60 days notice given for sale. 1st Tues. in May 1831 in afsd. co. exposed to public sale & John High of Greene Co., Ga. was the highest bidder, for $400. 19 May 1831, sold tract in afsd. co., 227 1/2 acres, the place where Sarah Fitzpatrick lately lived, adj. lands of William Harris & Littleberry T. Woodyard, in fee simple. /s/ Jesse Fitzpatrick surviving exor. of Benjamin Fitzpatrick, decd. Wit: Archibald Atkinson, Wade Hemphill, J.P., A. Fitzpatrick. Recorded 24 Feb. 1832.
