page 280     Morgan Co., Ga.: 5 April 1832, George Menifee, guardian of the orphans of Constantine Perkins, decd. of Troup Co., Ga., to Benjamin Boon of Morgan Co. Order granted from Inferior Court of Troup Co. sitting for Ordinary Purposes, 1st Monday in Jan. 1832 to George Menifee to sell tract belonging to the orphans in Morgan Co., 5th Dist., part of Lot 168, 157 acres with improvements, adj. land of said Boon, Allen, Lockwood, & Williams. Sold at public sale, 1st Tues. in April, on 3rd, to Benjamin Boon the highest bidder, for $330.30, in fee simple. /s/ George Menifee, guardian. Test: A. K. Leonard, F. W. Arnold, J.P.
