Askew & Aley Askew for performance as admrs. of Joshua Askew, decd. due Inferior Court of said co. sitting as Court of Ordinary for $6000. Also, Elijah E. Jones & Jesse Roberts, 12 Jan. 1829, entered into another bond as security for Julius A. Askew for performance as admr. of Seth Ward, decd. due Inferior Court for $3500. Askew’s security to Jones: negroes, Jack a man about 34 years old, Peter a man about 4 years old, Rhoda a woman aged 19 years old, Washington a child about 18 months old, & Peg a woman about 45 years old.
