Order granted by Inferior Court of said co. sitting for Ordinary Purposes. 3 Sept. 1832, order passed to James Towson, then admr. of decd., to sell tract on Little River waters: Lot 215, 202 1/2 acres. Also, 50 acres, adj. same, N.E. 1/4 of Lot 214. Total 250 acres, 15th Dist., Morgan Co., adj. land of Isaac Walker, Edmund Walker, & Littleton T. P. Harwell. Advertised in the Georgia Journal. Exposed to public sale, 1st Tues.
