page 437     Screven Co., Ga.: 25 June 1833, Richard W. Rieves to John S. Rieves (Rives), both of said co., for $50 paid by R. M. Williamson, Sr., guardian of John S. Rieves during his minorship in fee simple, all right, title, interest, & claim he has to tract in Morgan Co., drawn by Rebecca Rieves, late of said co., Lot 101, 20th Dist., 202 1/2 acres, of which Richard W. is & was entitled to 1/2 of 1/4 being moiety of John Rives, late of said co., his father & brother to Rebecca Rieves the 1/4 of interest of undivided part of lot being between himself Richard W. & John S. Rieves, his brother, the only heirs & representatives of the late John Rieves. Moiety or undivided interest in lot is 25 1/2 acres. /s/ Richard W. Rieves. Wit: John M. Miller, John Robert Kettles.
