Other note for $500 due 1 Jan. 1836 to Mixon, 4 Nov. 1833. Roll’s security to Mixon: lot in town of Madison, Lot 1. Is one of the lots sold by John Wester, lot which Noel Mixon lately lived on & on which Jacob E. Roll now lives & occupies as owner by title to same from Adam G. Saffold, adj. lots of Adam G. Saffold. Is about 141 feet in front & about 200 feet back, supposed to be about 3/4 acre. If Roll pays Mixon on time with interest, this to be void. /s/ Jacob E. Roll. Wit: John Robson, F. W.
