Saffold, both of Morgan Co., for $1000, an undivided equal 1/2 of that part of the Tanyard lot in town of Madison formerly owned by William H. Dandy which on 24 Feb. instant conveyed by Seaborn J. Saffold to Noel Mixon by deed, with back mills & improvements. Also, an undivided equal 1/2 of the stock, 50 cords of bark & 800 sides of leather in tan & to be put in tan, in fee simple.
