Langford, admr. de bonis non on estate of Tilmon Hemphill, decd., promissory note for $44 due 15 Oct. next. Security: to Robert Woodall & John W. Langford, 203 1/2 acres, adj. land of Jesse Gunn, Wm. Harris, C. Langford, & others. Also, wagon, wagon gear, 6 horses, yoke of oxen, 10 cows, 8 sheep, 30 hogs, a cotton gin, 4 beds, bedsteads, & furniture, small library clock, & 2/3 of present growing crop of corn, cotton, wheat, & oats now on plantation, in fee simple.
