Deane bond to execute titles to Lot 363, 4th Dist., Morgan Co., 202 1/2 acres, & paid for. Langford died before making titles to 1/2 of lot. John W. Langford, admr. of George Langford. Woodyard asks the Inferior Court to have John W. make titles. Court granted Rule Nisi. 27 Nov. 1834, Adjourned Term passed Rule Absolute ordering titles to be made. John W. Langford, admr., to Woodyard, 1/2 of lot on S. side of road leading from Madison to Jourdan’s Ferry on Apalachee, 130 acres, in fee simple, 6 Dec. 1834. /s/ John W. Langford, admr. of estate of George Langford, decd. Wit: Nathaniel G. Foster, Tho. J. Burney, J.P. Recorded 9 Dec. 1834.
