Roll of said co., for $2000, to Luther Roll of Richmond Co., Ga., all my household & kitchen furniture, the pork I now have on hand of about 2000 lbs. & lard of about 200 lbs., my books, tools & implements of my trade, all stock I now own employed in my trade as Carriage & Wagon maker, blacksmith’s tools, all material employed in the Blacksmith’s Shop, all harness, material, & tools employed in harness making, all use in any leather of shops, all finished & unfinished work now in my possession like carriage sulkies, gigs, wagons, carts, & all work on hand. Also, a cow, 2 yearlings, 2 hogs, 9 pigs, the hire of negroes for year 1835: Joshua, Starling, Reuben, & Irena. Also, a barrel of sugar & 75 lbs. of coffee, all other supplies & personal property now in my shop & on my lot in the town of Madison, in fee simple, 12 Feb. 1835. /s/ Jacob E. Roll. Wit: E. A.
