|page 549 Morgan Co., Ga.: Luther Roll of Richmond Co., Ga., for debts due him by Jacob E. Roll of said co., & in discharge in part of debts purchased all personal property belonging to Jacob. Luther & Jacob agree the property shall remain in possession of Jacob until demanded by Luther. It will be used to carry on & keep up in the town of Madison the business of Carriage & Wagon making & the Blacksmith’s business by Jacob. Jacob shall have power to sell all work now on hand or made & completed in the business. All to remain property of Luther & he is not to be bound for any debts contracted by Jacob.
