Other for $85.71 dated 27 Jan. 1835 due in 6 months, to Luther Roll of Richmond Co., Ga. Security: tract in afsd. co., adj. town of Madison, Lot 1 in plan of town as sold by John Wester or so much only as lies between the two main streets, on each side of the public square in direction of Monticello, Jasper Co., beg. cor. in middle of alley between the Carriage Shop on lot & lot owned by A. G. Saffold, down middle of alley at right angles with street to 1st line of main street, on other side of square, on line of street 141 feet, across street to beg., in fee simple, 13 Feb. 1835.
