Burdell & Margaret Burdell, his wife, formerly Margaret Hays, Joseph Fitzpatrick & Ruth Fitzpatrick, his wife, formerly Ruth Hays, & Reueben Wright, heirs & legatees of Hugh Hays, decd., formerly of Greene Co., Ga., to Joel Early of Greene Co., for $704, 202 1/2 acres, 5th Dist., Morgan Co., Lot 163, adj. N.E. by Lot 184, N.W. by Lot 162, granted to Peter Deveaux of Chatham Co. by Gov. John Milledge. In trust for the purposes contained in 7th Section in the last will & testament of Joel Early, late of Greene Co., decd. as relates to the disposition of the interests of the issue of Polly Watkins, daughter of decd. in claims against the state of Georgia. Purchase money of tract is part of proceeds of interest & claim the will said Joel is the surviving exor. & to whom in trust for issue of Polly Watkins according to provisions of 7th Section of the will the above tract is conveyed to Joel Early, trustee to issue of Polly Watkins when legal title is vested in them according to provision of the will. /s/ William Hays, Reueben Wright, Joseph Fitzpatrick, Young Hays, Robert W.
