pages 565-566     Mortgage: Morgan Co., Ga.: 31 Jan. 1835, Michael Mullen to David Peck, both of afsd. co., promissory note for $1150.47. Security: house & lot in town of Madison, said co., opposite house & lot of Richard H. Randolph. It is 100 feet in front & 200 feet back, Lot 17, adj. Lot 18. Is same lot formerly owned by Lodwick Schoonmaker & now by Michael Mulling. Also, 3 beds, bedsteads, & furniture, all household & kitchen furniture, a new gig, a second hand gig, Barouche & harness, chariot, coach, all commercial but not quite finished, pedlar’s wagon, gig in Fayetteville & harness, lot of wagon work, bay horse, lot of corn & fodder, lot of lumber & trimming for carriages, gigs, sulkies, &c, 1600 lbs. bacon, the hire of a negro man named Ben & negro woman named Hannah for 1835.
