Order passed to sell real estate of decd. Legal notice was given in the Georgia Journal for 4 months & 60 days notice was given for sale. 1st Tues. in May 1835 exposed to public sale & James G. Randle of Morgan Co. was the highest bidder, for $1675. 5 May 1835, sold in 19th Dist., Morgan Co., Lot 15, 202 1/2 acres & 17 1/2 acres, Lot 2. Total 220 acres, land which was assigned to Mrs. Susan R. Randle, now decd. as dower out of real estate of decd., including the Mansion house & other bldgs.
