pages 581-582     Morgan Co., Ga.: 20 Oct. 1834, Joseph M. Evans to Littleton T. P. Harwell, both of afsd. co., for $6000, Lot 228, 15th Dist., Morgan Co., adj. Swanson & others, 202 1/2 acres. Also, 103 acres where Thomas Cofield formerly lived made out of Lots 229 & 222. Also, in 15th Dist., 230 acres where Francis Flournoy formerly lived, part of Lots 222, 229, & 230, & 5 acres off E. cor. of Lot 221 where the improvements of Flournoy now stand, adj. Swanson, Evans, & others. Also, 1 3/4 acres a strip where the road from Evans’s Store to Eatonton now runs taken off of Lot 230. All of which composed the former settlement of William Heard. Also, 110 acres of Lot 230 formerly owned by George Jeffries where improvements of said Evans now stands, adj. Jas. Evans & others. Also, 44 acres off W. cor. of Lot 251, adj. balance of lot now owned by Swanson & estate of Faukner Heard. Also, 178 acres of Lot 231 formerly owned by Stark, Ballows, & Greene.
