page 613     Morgan Co., Ga.: 2 Sept. 1835, William T. Hardwick to Abner Zachry (Zachary), both of Morgan Co., for $1100, Lot 300, 4th Dist., Morgan Co., drawn by & granted to Bartholomew Durem[?] of Franklin Co. Except 2 acres where the Church stands near Kingston. Also, a small piece of Lot 299 on S.E. of road from Eatonton to Kingston & S.W. of road from Kingston to Park’s Bridge. Part of lot is 18 acres. Hardwick reserves & retains 72 feet in width from Benjamin S. Jourdan’s house to road leading from Kingston to Park’s Bridge which strip is taken from S.E. line of tract, adj. land of Benjamin S. Jourdan, James T. Finnie, & John B. Wade likewise the Kingston lots, viz: the Love lot, the Patillo lot, & the Coats lot. Also, a piece of woodland on N. of road opposite the Meeting House, acres not known, in fee simple. /s/ William T. Hardwick. Wit: Thomas J. Sidwell, C. R. Zachary, James T. Finnie, J.P.
