John Daniel’s 168 acres were in the country north of Dallas. His son, W. L. Daniel, lived on this land in 1900. W. L. Daniel’s dairy farm is marked on Sam Street’s 1900 Map of Dallas County. The dairy was east of Daniel Cemetery. John Daniel’s land today is south of Lovers Lane and west of Central Expressway. John’s son, William L. Daniel, died in 1937. His address was 2600 Lovers Lane.[939]

   +298.        i.   William Lafayette Daniel, born 20 April 1862, Dallas County, Texas, died 11 February 1937, Dallas County, buried Daniel Cemetery, University Park, Texas.[940] He married circa 1885, Dallas County, Texas, to Ella Lee Sanderson.[941]

     299.       ii.   Clarence C. Daniel, born 2 February 1869, Dallas County, Texas, died 5 August 1951, buried Hutchins Cemetery, Hutchins, Dallas County, Texas, next to his cousin, William Ed Daniel, and his wife, Mary E. Daniel. On a separate stone: Uncle Tobe, born 1869, died 1951.[942]
