She married in 1894, to Jerome Jeter Lemmon, born 1865, Roanoke, Virginia, died April 1945, Hutchins, Dallas County, Texas. They are buried in Hutchins Cemetery, Hutchins, Dallas County, Texas.
Dallas Morning News, 8 January 1944: Golden Wedding – Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Lemmon honored by their eight children. A native of Roanoke, Virginia, Mr. Lemmon was brought to Dallas in 1870 when he was five years old. They settled in what is known as the Cedar Crest Addition. He moved in 1887 to his present location three miles northeast of Hutchins. Recently the commissioners court changed the name of the Old Hutchins Road to Lemmon Road as a memorial to his years in the community. Mrs. Lemmon was the former Mamie Ellen Daniel, a native of Dallas County.
Dallas Morning News, 28 April 1945: J. J. Lemmon, 79, Dallas Pioneer Dies at Hutchins. J. J. (Noma) Lemmon died Friday on J. J. Lemmon Road. He had been a deputy sheriff about thirty years ago. Survivors: wife; four daughters, Mrs. O. C. Chapman, Mrs. Odell Chapman, Mrs. A. J. Simms, and Miss Mary Lemmon, all of Dallas; four sons, J. J. Lemmon, Jr., W. L. Lemmon, A. W. Lemmon, all of Dallas, and W. E. Lemmon of Houston.
