       54.       ii.   John Crenshaw, born betweeen 1800 and 1810, died about 1845, Yalobusha County, Mississippi. He married 21 January 1828, Maury County, Tennessee, to Malinda Kindle.[228] They had a son, William Joseph Crenshaw, born circa 1833, Tennessee.

       55.      iii.   Martha Emeline Crenshaw, born circa 1817, Maury County, Tennessee, died circa 1850, Yalobusha County, Mississippi. She married 12 August 1830, Maury County, Tennessee, to William B. Crosswait.[229] They lived in Yalobusha County , Mississippi, in 1840 and 1850.[230] William B. Crosswait remarried and moved to Panola County, Mississippi.

Daughter: Malinda Crosswaite married 22 October 1857, Yalobusha County, to T. J. Wynn.

Son: Asbury L. Crosthwait was born 15 March 1845. He lived in Panola County, Mississippi, in 1880.[231]
