| On 10 April 1850, Alexander C. Morris sold land to Rebecca Evans, administrator of Jesse Evans, of Taliaferro County.143 Jesse Evans was the son of William Evans, Sr., whose will was made 24 March 1840, and proved 10 September 1841, Taliaferro County.144
