    In 1791, Henry Thompson paid taxes in Wilkes County, Georgia, in Captain Ragan’s District DD on 200 acres of second class land and 365 acres of third class land, and four slaves in Wilkes County.13
    In 1792, Henry Thompson paid taxes in Wilkes County, Georgia, in Captain McGuire’s District DD on four slaves, 100 acres of second class land, and 100 acres of third class land in Wilkes County, adjoining Isham Alford. Henry also paid taxes on 300 acres of third class land in Wilkes County, adjoining Jno. Weaver. Henry Thompson’s land also adjoined George Rutledge and Isbel Strowder14 District DD was eliminated in 1793.
    On 3 September 1793 in Wilkes County, Georgia, Adam Guest of Columbia County, Georgia, sold to William Allison of Wilkes County, for £50, two tracts in Wilkes County, 150 acres located for Jesse Pugh, 12 July 1784, sold by Pugh to Adam Guest by deed 25 October 1785. And, another tract adjoining Adam Guest, Abraham Mucklehatton, Thompson, Stewart, 150 acres located by Adam Guest, 3 May 1789.15
    In 1793, Henry Thompson paid taxes in Wilkes County, Georgia, in Captain John Fluker’s District EE on four slaves, 100 acres of second class land, and 100 acres of third class land in Wilkes County, on Little River, adjoining Moses Stephens. Henry also paid taxes on 365 acres of third class land in Wilkes County, on Little River, adjoining Moses Stephens. Henry’s land also adjoined John Woodall’s land on Sherrill’s Creek.16
    In 1794, Henry Thomson paid taxes in Wilkes County, Georgia, in Captain Fluker’s District EE on five slaves, 100 acres of second class land, and 400 acres of third class land in Wilkes County, on Sherrell’s Creek, adjoining Robert Woodhall. Henry’s land also adjoined George Rutledge and Jno. Woodhall, Sr. on Sherrill’s Creek. Henry Thomson also paid taxes as trustee for John Wilson’s return of 460 acres in Greene County, on Oconee River.17
