    On 17 December 1794 in Wilkes County, Georgia, George Rutledge sold to Abraham McElhattan, both of Wilkes County, for £30, 100 acres on Stephens Creek, adjoining Moses Stephens, William Evans, William Allison, and Henry Thompson, originally granted to George Rutledge.18
    In 1795, Henry Thompson paid taxes in Wilkes County, Georgia, in Captain James Turner’s District MM on five slaves, 200 acres of second class land, and 365 acres of third class land in Wilkes County, on Stephens Creek, adjoining William Allison, granted to Absalom Biddle. This land also adjoined John Woodall’s land which was granted to Henry Thompson. Henry Thompson’s land also adjoined Thos. Scrivner on Lick Creek. Jonathan Wilborn’s 100 acres on Stephens Creek, adjoining Moses Stephens, had been granted to Henry Thompson. William Stephens’s 150 acres on Stephens Creek, adjoined Henry Thompson, the land was granted to Alexander Thompson. Isham Alford paid taxes on 225 acres on Stephens Creek, adjoining Henry Thompson, land was granted to Alexander Thompson and Aaron Leviston. Henry Thompson also paid taxes as executor for the return of the estate of Isabella Schroder in 1795.19
    On 12 December 1795 in Wilkes County, Georgia, Abraham McAlhattan, Senr., sold to Drury Going, both of Wilkes County, for £40, 100 acres in Wilkes County, on Stephens Creek, adjoining Moses Stephens, Wm. Evans, William Allison, and Henry Thompson, originally granted to George Rutledge.20
    On 11 October 1796 in Wilkes County, Georgia, William Allison sold to Amos Stewart, both of Wilkes County, for $500, two tracts, 150 acres located for Jesse Pugh, 20 July 1784, and sold by Jesse Pugh to Adam Guest, 25 October 1785. And, another tract, adjoining Abraham Malkaten, Thompson, Stewart, 150 acres, located by Adam Guest, 3 May 1789.21 On 28 October 1796, Gravner Stewart and Jane, his wife, sold to Amos Stewart, all of Wilkes County, for £50, 170 acres in Wilkes County, on Stephens Creek waters.22
