223. vii. Letcher Hardeman, born 30 April 1864, Arrow Rock, Saline County, Missouri, died 16 February 1937, Rapidan, Orange County, Virginia, married in 1891, to Adelaide Parker Russell, born April 1870.
    Letcher went to West Point, enrolling 1 July 1882. He served in the United States Army in Arizona, Montana, and Oklahoma, from 1908 to 1912. He was commanding officer of the 6th Missouri in the Spanish-American War. Letcher also served in World War I. He retired from the army in June of 1919 after thirty-seven years active service as a colonel.859
    They lived in Canadian County, Oklahoma, in 1910,860 and in Orange County, Virginia, in 1920861 and 1930.862

225. ix. Glen Hodgen Hardeman, born 12 July 1868, Franklin County, Missouri, died 16 July 1948, married 1913, Marion Evans, born circa 1884, five children.863 They lived in Franklin County, Missouri, in 1920.864
