pages 122-123     Mortgage: Morgan Co., Ga.: 3 March 1806 [1826], Vincent Sanford to Joseph T. Camp, both of afsd. co. 25 Feb. 1826, promissory note from Sanford to Camp for $183. And, $155 for executions obtained by Aron Formby against Sanford in Justices Court of said co. Executions transferred by plaintiff to Camp. He paid plaintiff full amt. of principal, interest, & cost. Vincent, 3 March 1826, made Camp a due bill for $22.50. Sanford’s security to Camp is a negro woman named Phebe about 19 years old valued at $300, grey horse 8 or 9 years old, set of mahogany tables, candle stand, a carpet, pair of snuffers, pair of shovels & tongs, pair of hand irons, a dozen Windsor chairs, & tray. If Sanford pays Camp by 6 March 1826 all interest & cost this to be void, else to remain in full force. /s/ V. Sanford. Wit: John Hall, Jos. J. Hall.
