Walton of afsd. co., to Robert Taylor of the city of Savannah, for $450, in 15th Dist. of formerly Baldwin now Morgan Co., on Little Indian Creek waters, 266 1/4 acres, adj. N. by lands of H. Travis, David B. Butler, & R. Taylor, S. by lands of said Taylor & James Irwin, W. by natural channel of Little Indian Creek dividing it from lands of James Watson. It is two tracts, fraction Lot 304, granted to Joseph Vason, 20 June 1807, for 132 acres & by resurvey is 166 acres, adj. E. by former boundary line, N. by Lot 305, W. by Lot 300, S. by Lot 303. With E. 1/2 of Lot 300, 101 1/4 acres, adj. E. by fraction Lot 304, W. by natural stream of Little Indian Creek, & rest of same lot W. of creek at present owned by James Watson.
