Greene of Newton Co., Ga., for $50, quit claim all right & claim to tract in Morgan Co., formerly Baldwin, in 5th Dist., adj. lands of McCoy, Peel, Hester, & others, on Jacks Creek, is part of tract formerly owned by Dudley Peoples & where Remembrance Chamberlain lately lived, 247 acres, reserving & excepting all portion of tract known as the Mill Tract, supposed to contain 30 acres which has been by deed of conveyance today quit claimed to Lancelot Johnston by Alston H.
