Application of Elizabeth Clark, widow of Larkin Clark, late of said co., decd. She is entitled to dower in Lot 209 in 15th Dist. of originally Baldwin now Morgan Co., 202 1/2 acres. She prays Writ of Partition. You are to assign to Elizabeth Clark, widow, 1/3 part of lot as her dower & make return to next court, 1st Monday in March next. Owen H.
