Application of Mary G. Roberts. She is the widow of John Roberts, late of said co., decd. She is entitled to dower in lot her late husband died seized, Lot 324 in 15th Dist. of originally Baldwin now Morgan Co., 202 1/2 acres. A majority of you are to set apart & assign to Mary G. Roberts 1/3 part for her dower & return to the next term of court, 8 Sept. 1828. /s/ John W. Porter, clerk.

Roberts, widow of John Roberts, decd., 64 7/10 acres as her dower, beg. cor. on Perkins Fitzpatrick’s line, N. 45 W. 28 ch. 30 links, N. 45 E. 22 ch. 90 links, S. 45 E. 28 ch. 30 links on Fitzpatrick line to beg., 8 Oct. 1828. /s/ Young Stokes, James Watson, Perkins Fitzpatrick.
