page 357     Ga.: Inferior Court of Troup Co. sitting for Ordinary Purposes. 3 Sept. 1832, application of Benjamin H. Cameron of Troup Co., guardian of the minors of Stephen H. Gilmore, decd. Order passed for sale of real estate of decd. Legal notice was given in the Georgia Journal for 4 months & 60 days notice given for sale. Exposed to public sale in Morgan Co., 1 Jan. 1833, & Elijah Loyd of Morgan Co. was the highest bidder, for $856. 2 Jan. 1833, sold 274 acres, Morgan Co., 19th Dist., 155 acres of Lot 117 deeded to S. H. Gilmore by Thomas Stanford & John Bushop & 119 acres of Lot 133 deeded to S. H. Gilmore by Fountain Tankersley, all on Little River & Shoal Creek waters, adj. land of E. Loy[d], J. S. Fall, E. C.
