page 367     Relinquishment: Morgan Co., Ga.: Henry C. Love ack. I have received of my father David Love of Morgan Co., $400 in addition to 9 negroes conveyed to me by deed of gift today, recorded in clerk’s office, Superior Court, Morgan Co. & I accept as my full share of his estate & relinquish all claim to any further portion of his estate I may be entitled to at decease of my father David Love. I relinquish claim to following negroes & their increase having received other negroes in lieu: Mose, Dorcas, Alley, Austin, Harrison, Phillis, Peter, Charles, Louis, Martin, & Mose which negroes were conveyed by Woody King to his then daughter Elizabeth who intermarried with David Love to her & to the heirs of her body I being one of the heirs, 18 Oct. 1832. /s/ Henry C.
